Developing messaging that spans multiple health care audiences

A global and diversified healthcare leader that develops therapeutic solutions focused on patients’ needs had core strengths in seven growth areas: diabetes solutions, human vaccines, innovative drugs, rare diseases, consumer healthcare, emerging markets and animal health.

Brodeur worked with the company on a corporate positioning campaign. Utilizing our Relevance methodology, we are conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) and workshops to create a set of corporate messages that are compelling, relevant and support positive engagement across multiple audiences, including advocacy groups, partners, influencers and the media. The desired outcome of our work, which is currently underway, is to build a foundation for sustainable leadership that executes with “one voice” across the organization.
