Crisis Communication Strategy (The Business of Marketing in the COVID-19 Age)

A special session brought to you by the ANA’s B2B Committee leaders. This session is designed to provide insight on actions B2B companies should be considering as they work through their crisis operations and communications amid the Covid-19 crisis. As in all crisis environments, there are certain basics that need to be addressed. However, Covid-19 presents at least three unique challenges:

  • personal physical risk
  • prolonged uncertainty, and
  • immediate social distancing.
