
Our people are an eclectic bunch. None of us set out at an early age to enter our line of work. Most found our way in through a maze of vocations, avocations, career paths, passions, and pursuits.
Eclectic, yes. But we share a number of things in common.
First, we tend to be restless; too curious about too many things to be content focusing on just one. And, at some point, it became clear to each of us that, to be successful and productive and excited to come to work, we need to do work that encourages and rewards our restlessness and need for constant exploration. Naturally, that’s the very kind of work we like to do here.
Second, we all share a deep interest in knowing how – and, more important, why – people think the way they think and do the things they do.
Third, we’d like to believe that we all share a talent for understanding, identifying and creating narratives that help people and companies tell their stories.
