Since the day we opened our doors we’ve had a Professional Development program in place. We’re proud to say we have a dedicated, on-site PD professional devoted to keeping Brodeur Partners’ employees current and advanced in skills of the trade. The longevity of our staff - especially among senior leadership who’ve “risen through the ranks” - is another testament to our people commitment.

It's two goals were to build social media savvy as an agency and to give every individual in every department a chance to exercise his or her creative muscles. Dozens of Brodeur employees built their own blogs on subjects ranging from pet care to music to politics to war and some even touched on public relations.

Charitable Initiatives
Brodeur employees get paid community service hours each year and are encouraged to support local causes with their time and talents. Habitat for Humanity has been a long-time recipient of many employees’ efforts.

Internships
Our internship program draws some of the top talent from universities and colleges around the country, and many of our interns go on to become full-time employees. Our competitive program offers undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to learn public relations first hand.
