We work hard to attract and retain the best talent. We put employees at the center of our company, and when they leave, for whatever reason, we are committed to keeping them in our extended family. We stay in touch with former employees for years after they have left Brodeur – and many have returned to our office, or gone on to become our clients.
Every employee who leaves the company is given the option to be entered into the Brodeur Alumni database, and those who choose to be included receive periodic newsletters and other communication. This area of the Web site provides our alumni with the latest company news, industry updates and highlights from former colleagues.
